Your tasks:
- Experience writing technical bulletins and service tips to assist department personnel in resolving problems of a technical nature
- Ability to keep current with product technology as measured by ability to troubleshoot and repair various products and to instruct others
- Ability to beavailable for 24-hour on call duty and respond to emergency situations with minimal notification
Your skills:
- Ability to be flexible to adjust to changing field conditions
- Strong computer skills
- Experience working with manufacturing operators and production staff
- Degree in Engineering from an accredited Institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 year experience in an electrical field service engineer or technician role
